At Birdie Club PT, we specialize in enhancing your golf performance through personalized physical therapy and golf fitness programming. We offer a blend of in-person and remote services designed to improve your mobility, strength, and power, helping you gain distance and shoot your best scores.
Where it starts: The Evaluation
At Birdie Club, our comprehensive Swing Evaluation offers an in-depth analysis designed to elevate your golf performance. You'll receive a detailed assessment that includes clubhead speed analysis, 3D video capture with swing characteristic analysis, a full Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) evaluation covering 16 key areas, and a TPI Power Assessment to identify what might be holding back your game. Additionally, we provide a further medical evaluation of any problem areas to ensure you receive the highest quality care.
Further Plan of Care
At the end of your evaluation, you'll have the flexibility to choose a plan that fits your needs, whether it's fully remote or a hybrid approach combining in-person and remote services.

In-Person Sessions:
75 minutes of one-on-one time with Doctor of Physical Therapy and TPI Certified Professional- Will Dukes
Benefits include ongoing assessments to track progress, incorporating manual techniques alongside prescriptive exercises for enhanced results
Interventions may include soft tissue and joint mobilizations, spinal manipulations, therapeutic exercises, form review, and speed/power training, or whatever else is going to help you reach your goals
The Program:
Initial 4-6 weeks: Once we've identified the issues and agreed on a plan, we'll focus on increasing mobility, building strength, and adapting the plan as needed. You'll start feeling more mobile, experience less pain, move with confidence, and start to notice increased power and speed.
Weeks 7-12: This is where your progress accelerates. We'll continue to enhance mobility, strength, and, most importantly, power. Expect to see improvements in your distance.
After Week 12: If you haven't gained 12 yards of distance, we'll keep working together until you do at no cost. If you have and wish to continue progressing, we’ll create a new plan of action, which can include ongoing coaching, custom programming, or season-specific golf programming.
